Description

Questions and Answers - VA118-15-Q-0690 August 27, 2015 Q - I have a question about the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation posted to FBO under solicitation number VA11815Q0690. Is this a follow-on requirement? If so, could you please provide the incumbent contract number for this opportunity? If not, is this a new requirement? A - This was awarded as an Interagency Agreement (IA) with Department of Interior (DOI) for Veterans Affairs (VA) Financial Service Center under DOI contract number D11PC18974 under the Small Business Administration 8(a) program. VA decided not to exercise the last option period under the IA with DOI and is anticipating awarding a new competitive contract under the 8(a) program. This effort is to provide a bridge contract until the new competitive contract is awarded.
