- Amendment 02 DLA Information Technology and Licenses Management (J613) has a requirement for the renewal of Defense Ready Software Licenses Maintenance for a base period of one year and two twelve month option periods. The new period of performance for the FY15 renewal of software licenses maintenance shall be September 30, 2015 through September 29, 2016 for the base period, September 30, 2016 through September 29, 2017 for option period 1, and September 30, 2017 through September 29, 2018 for option period 2.
