- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and the solicitation document is attached. The Mississippi Army National Guard wishes to procure transceivers for Camp McCain, MS Range Control. The solicitation number is W9127Q-15-T-0031 is issued as Request for Quotes in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76 effective 25 Jul 2014. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 334220; Small Business Standard is 750 Employees. Quotes shall include: CLIN 0001: TRANSCEIVERS, 70EA DTX-160 VHF 136-174 MHz, Narrowband (12.5 kHz), Requires 10-15 VDC, Enclosure Size 3.6 quote mark x 2.3 quote mark x 1.0 quote mark. Frequency stability @ 1.0ppm. Programmable electronic settings and adjustments. One Year Warranty, DB-15 Data Connector, BNC Antenna Connector. VHF, 2400 Baud, 8 channels, RF output 1-6 watts. Transmitter Time less than 10 ms, and Receive Time less than 10ms. All offerors must include Fed Tax ID #, CAGE and DUNS Number. Include all applicable fees, including DELIVERY; Warranty information; and ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME. Prices quotes must be Firm-Fixed Price to include shipping and handling charges based on F.O.B. Destination. The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days required to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer.
