- Attachment A to the SOW for RFQ NMFS AKR-15-0831A RFQ NMFS AKR-15-0831A to provide professional services to Review and Update the document titled Impacts to Essential Fish Habitat from Non-Fishing Activities in Alaska. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for the successful contractor to provide professional services to Review and Update the document titled Impacts to Essential Fish Habitat from Non-Fishing Activities in Alaska per the attached statement of work (SOW) in the request for quotes (RFQ) NMFS AKR-15-0831A prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541690 and is a Small Business Set-Aside. Work includes professional services for reviewing and updating all chapters of the document; writing one new chapter on climate change and ocean acidification; writing introductions to four chapters (Woodlands and Wetlands, Headwaters, Streams, Rivers, and Lakes; Estuaries and Nearshore Zones; and Marine and Offshore Zones); conducting a general literature review that supports existing and newly developed sections with the most-recent published reports and relevant defensible scientific information; and providing all current and new references in the document in EndNote. An option item #1001 may be awarded, is to enter an additional approximate 3,800 references in EndNote. These references will be provided on a thumb drive if that option item is awarded to the successful contractor in accordance with the SOW, terms and conditions contained in the attached RFQ NMFS AKR-15-0831A. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
