- N00164-15-R-GR78 - Evaluation and Repair of AN/SPS-49 Circulators and Isolators- FSG 58 - NAICS 334511- Anticipated RFP issue date 25 SEP 2015 - Anticipated closing 26 OCT 2015 Time - 2:00 PM EST The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division intends to solicit and award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the evaluation and repair of AN/SPS-49 Circulators (P/N 709465) and Isolators (P/N 710012). The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer represents the best value to the Government considering price, the ability to meet the technical requirements in accordance with the statement of work and past performance. THIS RFP IS FOR 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE The following Contract Line Items (CLINs) are anticipated: CLIN 0001 - Evaluation of AN/SPS-49 Circulator (P/N 709465), minimum of 1/ea. CLIN 0002 - Evaluation of AN/SPS-49 Isolator (P/N 710012), minimum of 1/ea. CLIN 0003 - Basic Repair of AN/SPS-49 Isolator (P/N 710012), minimum of 1/ea. CLIN 0004 - Basic Repair of AN/SPS-49 Circulator (P/N 709465), minimum of 1/ea. CLIN 0005 - Repair (Add-on #1) of AN/SPS-49 Circulator (P/N 709465), minimum of 0/ea. CLIN 0006 - Repair (Add-on #2) of AN/SPS-49 Circulator (P/N 709465), minimum of 0/ea. CLIN 0007 - Data, NSP Delivery will be FOB Destination 300 Highway 361, Crane IN 47522, within seven months after effective date of the contract. Selection shall extend to the Government a standard sales warranty provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. Interested parties can download the solicitation from the FBO website at http://www.fbo.gov, no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. Submitting a bid electronically using any "Submit Bid" feature or other electronic means does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person or in the correct format. When the solicitation is available, all responsible parties may submit a proposal for this procurement which will be considered by the Government. This is not a Request for Proposal. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
