- FBOeBuyPosting Draft BPA Labor Categories Draft SOW SOURCES SOUGHT. This is a Request for Information (RFI) to interested small business sources and potential large business Subcontractors and Contractor Teaming Arrangements (CTA). Response to this RFI is voluntary and at the contractor's expense. The Government is seeking qualified small business concerns with specific and recent experience in Category Management. At this time it’s the Government’s intention to establish multiple 100% Small Business set aside Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) against the Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) schedule 874, Item Number 1 - Integrated Consulting Services. Industry responses from this RFI may help determine the Government's acquisition strategy. It is important that small business respond to the RFI to support the Government market research to set aside the acquisition for 100% small business. GSA does not intend to host an Industry Day. Provide responses to the following: (1) The contractor's specific working experience with Category Management that is relevant to this effort, see tasks outlined in draft Statement Of Work (SOW); (2) Information related to the contractor's business size and socioeconomic status and Dun’s number; (3) It’s the Government’s intention to establish multiple 100% Small Business set aside Blanket BPAs against the MOBIS schedule 874, Item Number 1 - Integrated Consulting Services. Would you be entering into a CTA or Prime/Subcontracting Arrangement in order to meet all of the tasks outlined in the draft SOW? (4) What dollar value or number of contract actions or total dollar value (task orders) would you and your teaming arrangement have the capacity to successfully accomplish the tasks outlined in the draft SOW? (5) Provide any questions or comments on the draft Labor Category Matrix (to include Labor Descriptions, chosen draft Labor Categories to support the draft SOW, etc.) (6) Would your company or teaming arrangement be able to provide ALL draft CMSS Labor Categories using labor categories from MOBIS schedule 874-1 (Integrated Consulting Services SIN) to support the draft SOW? (7) Briefly describe the top two core capabilities from your schedule or each member of the MOBIS teaming arrangement schedules? This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only, and it does not constitute a RFQ and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a RFQ or establish BPAs. Interested parties having the required experience and skills to meet all the SOW requirements are invited to submit a response to the 7 questions and submit questions relating to the SOW to susan.humann@gsa.gov and dustin.teal@gsa.gov by 14 Sep 2015 at 10:00 Easternl Time. Your company will not receive responses to questions pertaining to the SOW or Labor Categories. The Government use the questions pertaining to the SOW to determine if revisions are necessary
