- Description
- This requirement is for NSN 5975-00-899-4606, STRAP. This is a 1T item. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. This will be a total small business set aside. The solicitation will be issued as a QPL item, QPL-AS23190, Cage 03RL1 - ADVANCED CABLE TIES INC and Cage 16956 - AVERY DENNISON CORPORATION. The item maybe hazardous and is a critical application item. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 114,234 HD for the base year and each option years. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 59 days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. The guaranteed minimum is 28,559 each for the base year only. Trade Agreements apply in accordance with Clause 52.225-7021. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Supplier must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM). Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required.
