- Description
- The Air Force District of Washington Contracting Directorate intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to Segue Technologies for the purchase of Database Migration using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Only one source is capable of providing the services required because the databases contains proprietary information and only Segue Technologies is authorized to make changes to this database. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 518210, Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services and the applicable small business size standard is $32,500,000. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, the Government will consider all responses received by 18 September 2015, 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a subsequent competitive procurement.
