Description

FEMA RFP HSFE50-15-R-0044 The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for preventive and remedial maintenance of the air conditioning chiller equipment located at the Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC) in Bluemont, VA. This will include monthly maintenance visits to provide the manufacturer's recommended preventive maintenance. The Contractor will also perform emergency repairs in case the equipment unexpectedly breaks down. See the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HSFE50-15-R-0044 which includes a Statement of Work in Section D. The contract awarded as a result of RFP HSFE50-15-R-0044, will be established for a one-year base period, and four one-year option periods. This acquisition will be a full and open competition. Potential offerors must have an active Defense Security Services (DSS) TOP SECRET facility security clearance for the prime and any proposed subcontractors at the time proposals are submitted; and personnel working at the MWEOC will be required to have active Defense Security Services (DSS) TOP SECRET security clearances, as well.
