- REVISED STATEMENT OF WORK DATED 09-03-15 WC-133F-15-RQ-0957 AMENDMENT A0002, SF-30 AMENDMENT A0002 THIS AMENDMENT IS HEREBY POSTED TO EXTEND THE DATE THAT QUOTES ARE DUE TO SEPTEMBER 4, 2015 AT 10:30 A.M. CST, AND ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS THAT HAVE BE ASKED OF THE GOVERNMENT RECENTLY. 1. After review the SOW document related to the new generator for the modular building, we are unsure of how appendix 2-6 relate to the project. Were these inserted by mistake or is there some interior architectural work associated with the new generator? ANSWER: SEE REVISED STATEMENT OF WORK 2. The warranty section of the SOW is calling for a 5 year warranty. Is this correct? ANSWER - YES, the warranty in part B is correct. 3. We did not see a specific location for the pad and generator. I have attached a plan of the area for your convenience. ANSWER: The location of the generator and equipment will be adjacent to the buildings electrical service and will determined by the COR. 4. We did not see a specific location for the new transfer switch and associated equipment. We have attached the as built drawings of the modular building for your convenience. ANSWER: The equipment will be adjacent to the buildings electrical service and will determined by the COR. 5. What is the STC requirement of the generator enclosure. ANSWER: Generator enclosure shall be an approved equal or to the Cummins C30N6 30KW. In acordance to ASCE7-10 6. Only possible connection would be concrete but compressive strength conflicts with that in text of SOW. Neither mentions requiring base under slab (4" gravel?) or reinforcing for slab (#4 o.c.e.w. or welded wire?). Please clarify. ANSWER: Base under slab 4" of gravel compaction to 95% and reinforced with welded wire. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. END OF AMENDMENT
