Modified in response to inquiries: EAMC has two government owned oxygen tanks. 3,000 gallon tank and a 525 gallon back up tank. Tanks are located in caged area in loading dock area of Bldg 300. The unit of issue Each is based on Gallons. MODIFIED TO ADD INCUMBENT INFORMATION AS FOLLOWS: W91YTV-11-P-0139 $266,048.20 (Base plus Four) AIRGAS USA, LLC 2015 VAUGHN RD BLDG 400 KENNESAW GA 30144-7802 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns (SDVOSBC), under size standard 1000 and NAICS code 325120. The Government anticipates awarding a single award for this supply requirement to provide Medical Grade Liquid Bulk Oxygen for Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, 30905. All responsible offers may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
