- The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, Long Range Enforcer - Contracts & Procurement Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding SOLE SOURCE procurement to Duramax for the following supplies: 1. SC-418DP-114, Keel Cooler, 2040-01-F11-2291 Qty: 04 Duramax. is the original manufacturer of the referenced items and maintains the proprietary rights which make them the sole source. The OEM has limited the availability of propriety information. Required Delivery Date: Jan. 24th, 2016 The uninterruptible power supply will be used on the WMSL's Class Cutter. Vendor will provide all labor and parts listed in the Schedule. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 AM PST 13 Sep 2015 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within seven days after date of this publication/synopsis will be considered by the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This solicitation is restricted to: Duramax Inc. 17990 Great Lakes Pkwy Hiram, Ohio 44234 Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited.
