- J&A for use of Brand Name RFQ - Please fill out and return This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotes, W912HN-15-T-0048. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This will be an Unrestricted procurement. The solicitation number is W912HN-15-T-0048, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 335314 with a small business size standard of $7.5M. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. The Justification and Approval for use of Brand Name (SEL) is included in the attachments below. Description of Supplies: The Contractor shall provide seven (7) SEL 421-4,-5 protective line relays as specified below and necessary wiring harnesses for the Richard B. Russell (RBR) Project. The Contractor shall provide schedule of delivery date upon request. The Contractor shall inform the Government immediately of any changes to the schedule. The Contractor shall coordinate with the Government for delivery. The product will be installed by the Government. Fill out the attached RFQ and return by the response date above.
