- iFix Determination iFix Solicitation Incorporated is Request for Quote (RFQ) No. W9127N-15-Q-0063 to purchase software and annual software maintenance support for GE Intelligent Platforms (GE IP) Proficy iFIX SCADA and Historian software for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, Hydroelectric Design Center. The vendor will be responsible to provide software and maintenance support for our GDACS install. Please reference the solicitation and the attached Determination No. NWP-15-170. This announcement is all or none. Bids for less than specified quantities of each item in Section B of the Schedule will not be considered, and failure to submit a price for each item where required in the Schedule will be considered as a material deviation from the requirements of the solicitation, and the bid will be rejected. All quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the Standard Form 1449 Block 8 Offer Due Date and Time. Please submit the quote in PDF format.
