Description

Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, the U.S. Census Bureau intends to negotiate a sole source acquisition from Eastman Kodak Company through Advantaged Solutions, Inc. of Washington, DC, its Small Disadvantaged Business partner to provide Kodak CS410 Windows 7 based controllers and installation services for six Government owned Kodak Versamark 5300 and 5240 Inkjet print stations, including warranty coverage and technical support. The referenced company has access to the required materials and service providers to accomplish replacement of the controllers on the Government owned equipment. Eastman Kodak Company is the only known source with the required proprietary systems and expertise to restore the Government owned Kodak Versamark 5300 and 5240 Imprinting systems. This is not a solicitation announcement or an invitation for bids. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement which will be considered for the purpose of determining the feasibility of future competitive procurements.
