- CDRL's Subcontractor CLIN breakout spreadsheet-P7 CLIN Breakout Spreadsheet-P6 Past performance Questionaire Performance Based Task Order Streamlining Requisitioned Government furnished property Data transmittal form DD254 Surveillance activity check list Draft RFP advance notice ADVANCE PLANNING NOTICE NAWCAD Identification Systems (IDS) Division Technical and Engineering Support Services The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Contracts Department (AIR 2.5.1.4), Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure on a competitive basis the services necessary to provide support to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, St. Inigoes. Contractor services are required to support the design, engineering, acquisition, integration, installation, training, operational support and in-service engineering in support of Cooperative Identification (CID) and Air Traffic Control (ATC) Systems. NAWCAD requires timely and effective systems engineering and analysis and technical services that are essential to the mission functions of the Identification Systems Division. The principal places of performance for the services identified within this contract are Patuxent River, MD; Webster Field Annex, St. Inigoes, MD; NAVAIR Headquarters, Patuxent River, MD; contractor facilities; various other locations as outlined in the Section C Statement of Work (SOW). Telecommuting is not authorized. Individual assignments may require working off-site. This requirement is for the issuance of a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Single Award Task Order Contract for a five-year ordering period. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is 06 April 2016 through 05 April 2021, with an estimated total level of effort of approximately 739,200 hours. This requirement will be competed amongst all eligible firms (100% Small Business set aside) via www.fbo.gov with a Product/Service Code (PSC) of AC65, Research & Development: Defense Electronics and Communication Equipment - Operational Systems Development. These services are not considered knowledge-based services. This requirement is a follow-on for the engineering support services previously solicited on a sole source basis from incumbent, BAE Systems Technology Solutions and Services, Inc. under contract N00421-14-C-0040 for engineering and integration support services. This is NOT a Request for Proposal. This notice and the attached Draft RFP package # N00421-15-R-0007 are for informational purposes only. Anticipated solicitation release is October 2015.
