- The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is in the process of developing the final acquisition strategy based on industry feedback received during the market research phase for Customer Service Contact Center (CSC) services. As a part of this process, TSA considered the Ability One Program for fulfilling these requirements. As a result of our inquiry into the Ability One Program, it is TSA's intention to pursue other options for CSC services. At this time no solicitation exists. Therefore, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. You may anticipate additional information being provided regarding this requirement within the next two (2) months. All other comments, inquiries, and responses shall be directed to the Personnel Futures Acquisition Team at PFPAcqTeam@tsa.dhs.gov.
