- DLA, Enterprise Information Services (EIS), Network and Telecommunications Services (NTS)- is responsible for the configuration management of LAN architecture and infrastructure, including interfaces with other DLA and DoD wide area networks (WANs), such as the DISA Non­ Classified IP Router Network (NIPRNET), Secure IP Router Network (SIPRNET). Additionally, DLA NTS is required to provide voice and data telecommunications fact sheets, executive summaries, white papers, policies, guidelines, specifications, baselines, and operational procedures applicable all of DLA. Contract SP3300-11-C-1025 is currently in place with NES Associates, LLC for the above required services. The contract period of performance ends 30 September 2015. DLA Distribution located at New Cumberland, PA is currently in the process of soliciting a re-compete for the services and anticipates an award by 29 February 2016. In order to ensure that a break in services is not experienced, DLA Enterprise Information Services would like to modify contract SP3300-11-C-1025 to extend services for six months in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, which is included in the contract. This modification is a sole source modification under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) "Only One Responsible Source/a Limited Number of Responsible Sources and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition will be posted after the execution of the modification. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541519 and the size standard is $27,500,000.00.
