Description
Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number M00681-15-T-0194 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, current to DPN 20110725. The North American Classification System Code is 115210 and the small business size standard is $ 7.5 Million. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The United States Marine Corps Mounted Color Guard (MCMCG), MCLB Barstow CA 92311 has a requirement for horse and rider training. The MCMCG's mission is to represent the Marine Corps in ceremonies across the nation, in front of millions of people annually. See statement of work for salient characteristics, education and experience requirements. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible business whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation factors for this requirement shall be price, technical capability and past performance. The quoter should also provide its Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, Contractor Establishment code (DUNS number) and Tax Identification Number. Contractors must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) to submit quotes and be eligible for award (NO EXCEPTIONS). Quoters can self-register for Wide-Area Work Flow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil.
