This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The Colorado Army National Guard will be awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for Trigger Finger Mitt Shell (3-Finger Mitt Shell) This Solicitation is for Full and Open Competition.
