- This modification is to provide Q&As: Will the USG accept alternative makes/models? Yes The Government will accept alternative American made vehicles that are equal or better. How will the vehicles be consigned for shipment? Shipping is IAW the instruction provided in the solicitation Who will the actual end user be? The African police force in Rwanda and Senegal Given the short window between the questions’ due date and the posted deadline of 15 Sept, will the USG consider extending the deadline? The Government does not intend on extending the deadline at this point.
