Description

Network 11 Contracting Office intends to solicit quotes from offerors to provide Hospital Bed and Stretcher Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services to the Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS) for the period of October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 and four (4) option years. Network 11 Contracting Office anticipates issuing a solicitation on or about September 16, 2015. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from www.fbo.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the quote submission process. NAICS Code is 811219, and Size Standard is $20.5 Million. The solicitation will be issued as Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit quotes which shall be considered by the Agency. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) data base at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit that SAM website and register as soon as possible to avoid delays should they be selected for a contract award.
