- NOTICE OF INTENT The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Medtronic, Inc. 826 Coal Creek Circle, Louisville, CO 80027 for the purchase of LandmarX ENT Image Guidance System Support (See Attachment). Medtronic, Inc. is the proprietary vendor and sole distributor of this service. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received by 15 Sep 2015, 3:00 pm CDT will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the below point of contacts.
