- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), Tucson, Arizona, intends to make a single award for replacement of the existing Vicom video matrix system V6680SCC at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), Tucson, Arizona, located at 9300 S. Wilmot Road, Tucson, Arizona. It is anticipated that this RFQ will result in the award of a single contract. The contract type is a firm fixed price contract. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous offer to the Government. The requirement will be set aside for small business. All other qualifications and requirements will be detailed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about September 14, 2015, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information concerning this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about September 25, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. MST.
