Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The purpose of this Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability of Emergency Room Documentation Template Charting System for use at Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Bragg, NC. The Emergency Room Documentation Template Charting System must be transitioned to ICD-10-CM by 1 Oct 2015 and compliant with JC and CMS standards. The desired template package will include the ability to customize and create forms. The potential contract will require the supply of the T-System for Emergency Physicians or an equal item. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and incidentals necessary to supply equipment and perform maintenance. Installation and training of equipment may also be required. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this sources sought notice or any follow-up information requests. Interested parties should submit notice of ability to supply specified item via email to: Tiffany.M.Narbone.civ@mail.mil no later than 15 September 2015, 4:00 pm EST. THIS IS STRICTLY MARKET RESEARCH THAT WILL ASSIST THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY NORTHERN REGION CONTRACTING OFFICE PLAN THEIR ACQUISITION STRATEGY.
