Description

*The information below is an excerpt from the statement of work seen within the solicitation document. a.Contractor will provide full service to the EMS ScrubEx System to include: oAll parts oSoftware oOn-site service oUnlimited telephone support b.Contractor will provide one scheduled Preventive Maintenance visit per year to include the cleaning, inspecting, adjusting and repair potential problems. c.Contractor will train facility engineering and/or biomedical technicians to handle minor first response issues. d.Contractor will provide any software and hardware upgrades to insure the proper operation of the ScrubEx equipment at no charge. e.Contractor will analyze and optimize the ScrubEx system configuration (slot allocation, etc.) and provide software and operational training as needed.
