- The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, Box Elder County office in Tremonton, Utah is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately 5,939-6,600 contiguous usable square feet of Class A office space together with 50 on-site, paved parking spaces. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 5,939 usable square feet (USF). The area considered must be within an area bounded on the North by 1000 North (Tremonton City) 1200 N (County), bounded on the East by 4800 W (Box Elder County Road), bounded on the South by Interstate 15 and bounded on the West by 2300 West (Tremonton City) 7600 W (Box Elder County). Occupancy is required within twelve (12) months of lease award.
