- This Intent to Make a Sole Source Award is being issued by the Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (Public Affairs). The intended awardee is Vocalbooth.com for a customized vocal booth under NAICS 321992 per FAR 13.105(b). The customized size is 4ft (W) X 4ft (D) X 6ft (H). Any interested persons may identify their interest and provide a quote for a customized vocal booth. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by September 21, 2015 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Requests to be considered must include a full capability statement and must be received no later than Monday, September 21, 2015 at 10:00 am EST. **Questions must be emailed to Kaitlin Lockett at kaitlin.f.lockett.civ@mail.mil or no later than the response date and time. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in preparation of responses to this announcement.
