- The Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Navy (DoN), Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS), hereby gives notice of intent to award a Sole Source Commercial Buy contract under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) ¯Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements ¯, to CovertTrack Group, Inc. 9393 V 90th Street Scottsdale, Arizona 85258 for the following items: CLIN0001 Qty 5 Surveillance Phone App Upgrade to phone floating license. CLIN0002 Qty 5 Renewal, 12 Months, Surveillance floating cell phone app of audio, video and GPS 1-5 users CLIN0003 Qty 17 Renewal, 12 Months subscription, of unlimited 5 second updates to CovertTrack Mapping Product CLIN0004 Qty 1 Reactivation fee for law enforcement This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. No solicitation documents are available and requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is set aside 100% small business. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed contract action is 334220, which has a business size standard of 750 employees.
