Description

limited source documentation provision/matrix The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Keysight Technologies, Inc. for the acquisition of RF Geolocation algorithm license. Keysight Technologies, Inc. is the original equipment manufacture of the geolocation license algorithm needed. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) the justification is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 'Simplified Acquisition Procedures.' The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for measuring and testing electricity and electrical signals. The business size standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is September 17, 2015 10:00am Eastern Standard Time. All submissions should be submitted electronically to yokita.m.davis@usdoj.gov. All applicable provisions and clauses are attached. The Government is requesting discounts.
