Description

This solicitation VA246-15-Q-1249 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. No telephone requests will be accepted. Only completed SF1449 Solicitations received directly from the requester are acceptable. It is the Offeror's responsibility to ensure that the quote is received. The anticipated award date is October 1, 2015. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325412. This action is unrestricted. If offeror has a FSS/GSA contract, please include it in your offer. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richmond, VA, is seeking delivery of Radiopharmaceutical Isotopes for the period of October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016, with a possibility of two options years. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, DUNS number (www.dnb.com), list of available products, the geographical location the respondent is able to service, and a list of the respondent's establishment's certifications from private, State and/or local agencies documenting the safety and sanitary conditions and procedures.
