- The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) has posted the following documents to the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) Management and Operating (M&O) Contract Competition website, FedBizOpps, and FedConnect: ?DRAFT Section L Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Respondents ?DRAFT Section M Evaluation Factors for Award ?DRAFT DE-SOL-0008418 Appendix A NNSS Statement of Work ?DRAFT Section L Attachment F - Past Performance Cover Letter and Questionnaire ?DRAFT Section L Attachment G - Management Team Cost Sheet NNSA is seeking input from prospective Offerors on these documents, particularly Solicitation Sections L and M and Section L Attachment F - Past Performance Cover Letter and Questionnaire. Please note that there are two different options for the Past Performance criterion in Section M that NNSA is considering. Only one of Past Performance criterion will be in the final Solicitation. All comments, questions, suggestions, feedback, etc. for the documents listed above shall be submitted to SEB5@nnsa.doe.gov by 11:00 am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), September 21, 2015.
