- Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) intends to competitively award requirements for the following fuel products with estimated quantities as follows: Diesel Fuel (DF2) 705,000 USG, Gasoline, Automotive (ULG) 1,022,400 USG, Gasoline, Aviation (100) 300,000 USG The fuel is to be delivered, FOB Destination, to various locations in Turkey to include but not limited to the following locations: Incirlik AB, Turkey, American Embassy Istanbul, American Embassy Ankara, Balgat, Ankara, and Bakanliklar, Ankara. Resulting contracts will be requirements-type fixed price with economic price adjustment contract. Period of performance is a two-year base from the date of award. The solicitation will be issued on or about 30 September 2015. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
