- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 1 Portland, OR. This requirement is for the Mid-Columbia River National Wildlife Refuge Complex, 64 Maple Street, Burbank, WA 99323. The agency intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the furnishing and installation of a replacement irrigation pivot. The period of performance is between February 1 and February 28, 2016. Detail is provided in the Statement of work. Interested contractors are advised to check the website periodically for amendments or additional information. To be eligible for award, Contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database www.sam.gov. This announcement constitutes the only notice of this requirement. A formal solicitation will not be issued. Reference solicitation number on all communications. The solicitation number is F15PS01281. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 221310. The small business size standard is $27.0M. This acquisition is set aside for small business but quotes from all businesses will be considered in the event no small business is responsive. BASIS OF AWARD: The government anticipates award to the offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government.
