- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFP-solicitation issue date 10/07/2015 and respond due date 11/09/2015. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0060232322 and Set-Aside for Sole Source SDVOSB as only approved with data rights that satisfy the requirement. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-15-R-2629, issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1680-01-178-4944, Brake Assembly, Magnetic for 297 each. Item is Critical Application and Export Controlled does not applies. Item is not commercial neither is critical safety. in accordance with CAGE 24681, Part Number MP498-64 and/or CAGE 8V613, Part Number-7-311518001 requirements. Request delivery objective is 230 days total. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Destination with Inspection & Acceptance at Destination. Progress Payments are authorized for this purchase.
