- This bridge effort is only available from Northrop Grumman Technical Services, 4067 Enterprise Way Sierra Vista (Garden Canyon) AZ, 85635-2273 under the authority of other than full and open competition, 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR subpart 6.302-1(a)(2). Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources and no Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This extension to the current contract will continue to be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract and will be awarded via modification to contract W58RGZ-13-C-0010 for a period of (6) months (31 October 2015-28 April 2016) in accordance with FAR clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. All responsible sources may submit a quote to the email address in this notice. All submissions must be received by 30 September 2015. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting a proposal. However, all proposals received by the response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
