Description

DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs Tennessee Valley Healthcare System is seeking a minimum of 5000 NUSF for administrative space needed to house Home-based Primary Care, Community Health, and Home Tele-Health programs in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This administrative office space is being requested to retain services in the current Murfreesboro VA location (220 Glennis Drive, Murfreesboro TN. The space must be equipped toprovide a minimum of (45) paved parking spaces, appropriately marked, with a minimum of twelve percent (12%) of the total number of spaces appropriately designated as handicap parking spaces. This procurement in being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302 (authority 41 U.S.C. 253(C)(1)) Circumstances permitting other than full and open competition. NAICS 531312, size standard $7.0 mil applies to this procurement. This notice of intent in not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the contracting officer within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information can be sent to the contracting officer, Martin Frazier 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 400 Murfreesboro, TN 37129. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses received by COB September 25, 2015 the Department of Veterans Affairs will proceed to sole source this requirement to BASS WARD II.
