Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Palliative Care Unit, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 is seeking a contractor to provide THERAPEUTIC MUSICIAN SERVICES. Please be advised, the preferred instrument is the HARP. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 711130 Musical Groups and Artists and a business size standard of $11.0 million is applicable. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. All potential bidders must also agree to sign a Business Associates Agreement (BAA) with the Department of Veteran Affairs. Potential bidders shall register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. This action is 100 percent (100%) set aside for small business. No fax or telephone bid packages shall be accepted. Offerors shall submit their quotation by e-mail to kevin.pendleton@va.gov. Offers are due no later than 10:00 am. EST, Monday, September 21, 2015. Please be advised, if awarded all invoices shall be submitted in accordance with Federal Regulations 52.212-4(g) to VA Financial Services Center, P.O. Box 149971, Austin, Texas 78714-8971 through the Tungsten/OB10 electronic invoicing system. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
