Description

Justification and Approval for K2-2 Reagents This Contract is a firm fixed price, immunoassay reagents contract in support of the Office of Forensic Toxicology Services (OFTS) utilizing the procedures set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3-Other than full and open competition. This contract shall be valid for 120 days, or 4 months. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) is 66 - Instruments & Laboratory Equipment. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. PLEASE NOTE: All quantities are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The estimated monthly drug testing volume by test, are estimates only and are not guaranteed or minimum order amounts. K2-2 Reagents for tests and supplies will be ordered on an as needed basis by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). 120 days 10 September 2015 through 10 January 2015 CLIN 0001 Synthetic Cannabinoids-2 HEIA reagent kits (100 ml size) Siemens part number C346-100/10990882. This shall yield 125,441 tests per kit. 136 EA Kits CLIN 0002 Synthetic Cannabinoids-2 calibrators (10 ml volume).
