- Appendix C CDRL A002 CDRL A001 Statement of Work Product Description REQUEST FOR QUOTATION --- SOLICITATION # F3Q2AD5225A002 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST A FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 337122 (b) EMPLOYEES: 500 3 Drawer Captains Bed Quantity - 340 each Product Description Double Size Captains Bed for Full XL Bedding (Uses Mattresses Only No Box spring) No Footboard. 55"w x 82"1x40"h with 3 Spacious Drawers (Built in Two Parts for Easy Installation) Will Accommodate a 12" Thick Mattress Delivery: ARO 6-8 weeks TV /Media Chest Quantity - 410 each Product Description TV /Media Chest is made of solid red oak with 3 drawers and a media shelf. Back is curved hardwood with 1" of 1.5 foam and upholstered with matching fabric. l 8"w x 22.5"d x 33 "h Delivery: ARO 6-8 weeks In addition to providing the above products, the contractor shall remove existing products from six three story dormitory buildings 410 rooms total without elevators and load onto military owned trucks, which will be parked as close as possible to the building entrance. New products shall be installed, packaging and debris removed from the facility and disposed of in a contractor supplied dumpster. Rooms shall be set up ready for use. Building is expected to be returned to the government in the same condition as it was before removal/installation. Contractor shall walk the completed project with a government POC to assure all equipment (product and building) was installed without damage. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, your quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number.
