- This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for information purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS, OR BIDS. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. A Market Survey is being conducted to determine if there are adequate small businesses for the following proposed contract(s): Up to Two (2) Indefinite Delivery Contracts for assistance in geotechnical, marine engineering services for ports and land side facilities in support of floating plant. The average Task Order value of the work under this contract is estimated to be $1,500,000.00 with a maximum of $2,000,000.00. The primary work will be assistance in marine engineering, environmental, geotechnical and mechanical engineering, on-site technical support, computer-aided design and drafting (CADD), preliminary design, detailed (final) design and related design studies, analysis and reports for marine equipment, port and land side facilities supporting floating plant. Firms must be able to complete several task orders concurrently with in house staff. Work for other government agencies and work for overseas projects could be part of this contract. The use of approved innovative technologies and methodologies are strongly encouraged. Contract duration is five (5) years. The cumulative total contract amount shall not exceed $9,500,000.00. The NAICS Code is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5 million. Responses to this sources sought announcement will be used by the government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Contractors should submit a completed SF 330 Part II for the prime and any subcontractors. Contractors may add narrative statements which should include size/classification of your firm, details of similar projects, completion dates, references, and contract amounts. Narratives shall be no longer than FIVE (5) pages. This is not a request for proposals. No other notification to firms for this project will be made.
