- DFARS 252.209-7992 Form Solicitation Please read the attached - solicitation for clauses you must comply with. The solicitation number is F1S3AD5191A005. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13 as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an unrestricted acquisition under NAICS 339920. The 412th FSS/FSVS is requesting the installation of a 65' by 25' divider curtain for the basketball court at Bldg. 2200. The installation includes full removal of the existing 60' X 20' top roll curtain and the alteration to the existing ridge pipes to accept the new curtain attachment points. REQUIREMENTS: Offerors MUST complete the Provision DFARS 252.209-7992 (attached) and RETURN with quote. Also, offerors are requested to submit a complete firm fixed price quote, entering each item in a separate line item on the indicated table below, for FOB Destination Edwards AFB, CA, to include a shipping date for all items, Cage Code, DUNS number, Prompt Payment Terms, Delivery Time, Date offer expires, and with enough information for the government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this RFQ. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis. The government will be evaluating quotes IAW FAR 52.212-02 - Evaluation - Commercial Items (Oct 2014). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Offerors shall provide pricing for the Contract Line Items (CLINs) as follows for the purchase of the 65' by 25' divider curtain. All prices shall be in accordance with the offeror's pricing and include any and all discounts offered. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer that is most advantageous to the Government in price and meeting the requirement.
