Description

SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICES FOR P021 MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL REPLACEMENT, MARINE CORPS BASE, QUANTICO, VIRGINIA THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCMENT. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Washington, DC is seeking eligible small businesses, service-disabled veteran owned small businesses, certified HUB Zone small businesses, and certified 8(a) small disadvantaged businesses firms capable of performing the construction of this project. Additionally, NAVFAC Washington is soliciting comments from the construction community addressing the potential use of Project Labor Agreements (PLA) for a large scale construction project (exceeding $25 million) within the Quantico, Virginia area. See the attached notices for additional details. Reponses shall be submitted electronically no later than 06 October 2015 at 2:00 PM EST.
