Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. This is a non-personnel services contract to provide maintenance and minor repair of power operated doors, gates and barriers within Baumholder Military Community. 2. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price commercial service contract. 3. The performance period is one (1) 12 month base period and two (2) 12 month option periods. 4. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the Theater Contracting Center, Kaiserslautern. 5. Work will be performed in Germany and the contractor must comply with current applicable German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 6.
