Description

The United States Government and USDA Forest Service seek to lease approximately 4724 square feet of garage and related office space in west Reno, Nevada, yielding a minimum of 1808 square feet of office space. Facility must provide a minimum of 2400 square feet of bay space with 4 electric bay doors not less than 11 feet 6 inches wide by 12 feet high in order to house 4 Forest Service fire engines. The Government also requires a minimum of 20 parking spaces for employees. The estimated site requirement is.46 of an acre and must be located within the following delineated area: South of I-80, North of Hwy 431, West and South of the McCarren loop, East of the forest boundary, and West of Hwy 395. Additional special requirements are needed and will be addressed during the on-site survey and in the subsequent Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The term will be for a maximum of 1 year firm with 19 optional renewals. Space must be available for occupancy no later than December 1, 2015.
