- The Department of Labor, Adjudicatory Boards intends to award a sole source contract for a period of one (1) 12-month base period and three (3) 12-month option periods to LRP Publications, 757 Dresher Road, Dept. 490, Horsham, PA 19044-0980. Basic Services required: Online subscription to Federal Workers' Compensation Library, 30 Each. The resulting contract is a firm fixed price. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All interested sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency for future purposes. This is not a request for competitive proposals and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All questions and submissions in response to this notice must be submitted in writing no later than September 21, 2015 to Gale.Myla@dol.gov. Telephone calls regarding this matter will neither be accepted nor returned.
