Description

This is an amendment to previously issued combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-57 as corrected. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Western NY Healthcare System, Albany VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Ave, Albany, New York 12208. Change to Line item Period of Performance Dates - Period of performance for Base Year is from Date of Award through Sept 30, 2016. Each Option year will begin on Oct 1 of the issue year and conclude on 30 Sept of the following calendar year (each option period length of 365 days) Any offer that does not meet the solicitation requirements as deemed by the Contracting Officer may be rejected as non-responsive. All offers must provide company name, point of contact information and the VAMC solicitation number. Only electronic offers will be accepted. Offers are due to steve.tompkins@va.gov no later than 3:00 PM EST on September 24, 2015.
