Description

CLINS in EXCEL 15R3000 CLINS Request for Proposal - DUE ON OR BEFORE 1400 PST, 02 OCTOBER 2015 SCOPE: NAVY CNIC Sports requires a contractor that can deliver custom branding apparel and supplies from "start to finish" - concepting, creating, sourcing, managing, kitting and delivering quality promotional products and apparel. Vendor is expected to provide Brand Name or Equal products under the contract, and will identify such products by make, or brand, or other indicator of conforming quality, in its offer and in response to orders. All products located in this contract shall have a tier pricing chart. The Contractor shall denote whether the products are available in designated apparel colors. Contractor's Catalog Items available for customization must meet or exceed Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) standards and Clothing shall be available in sizes from S-XXL or One Size fits Most, at a minimum. The purpose of this IDIQ is to have one source of purchasing specific colors of athletic apparel, uniforms and athletic items so standardization is apparent across all Fitness, Sports and DFS Programs. Variations in team & individual sports uniforms will be required to meet the needs of the All Navy Sports Program.
