Description

Request for Quote Concessionaire Contract Format Statement of Work General Provisions The 502d Contracting Squadron 2250 Engineer Street, Bldg 4196 Ste 100, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234 has a requirement for a Massage Therapy Concessionaire inside the JBSA- Randolph AFB Fitness Center in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This solicitation shall constitute the only announcement for this requirement. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. A Concessionaire Contract is contemplated. The solicitation reference number is FA3016-15-N-0018. This requirement is unrestricted, any size business may apply. The FAR, DoD supplements (DFARS), and Air Force FAR supplements (AFFARS) do not apply to Non appropriated (NAF) procurement except as required by AFMAN 64-302 and AFI 64-301. Only those clauses required by law or otherwise stated in AFMAN 64-302 shall be mandatory. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 621399, Offices of All other Micellaneous Health Practitioners.
