- The 6th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) at MacDill AFB issues this Sources Sought Synopsis for information only to locate sources who are capable. JCSE requests maintenance support of FAZZT Digital Delivery Software Suite. This is not a Request for a Proposal (RFP). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this Request for Information (RFI). The Air Force will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in response to this RFI. This FedBizOpps notice is an announcement seeking market information for businesses capable of providing the product as described herein. The 6 th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) is currently conducting market research to determine qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. The information requested by this RFI will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. Such information will be evaluated solely for the purposes of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice. Sources shall include in their information: •1. A detailed capabilities statement stating their experience in providing the same or similar work described in this notice •2. A point of contact with phone and e-mail information •3. Business status (Socio-Economic Factors: 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, etc.), business size based on NAICS 511210 •4. A positive statement of interest to submit a proposal. The 6 th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) is seeking information regarding providing annual maintenance renewal for GBS FAZZT Digital Delivery System Software (full technical support and free upgrades to new releases of the licensed product) for JCSE on MacDill AFB. The following information is requested: FAZZT Four-Node Enterprise Server-IDs #228601-228604, 228701-228704- (QTY 2) FAZZT Power Publisher- IDs #874401-874402 (QTY 2) FAZZT Enterprise Client- IDs #884901-884902 (QTY 2) Period of Performance: 1 December 2015-30 November 2016, in addition to four option years. For the purpose of this RFI, the anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210, Software Publishers, with the size standard of $25 million. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities, and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to Yenshim Watanabe at yenshim.watanabe@us.af.mil and Barbara Squitieri at barbara.squitieri@us.af.mil no later than 03:00 PM EST on 21 October 2015.
